What’s To Love About The Fairchild | Coconut Grove

The Fairchild is a collection of 26 boutique waterfront residences situated directly on Biscayne Bay in the heart of Coconut Grove. Designed by architect Max Strang, this project truly embodies the Coconut Grove lifestyle. The design team sought out local materials such as keystone and oolite with wood accents to create a natural but modern sanctuary.

Sweeping stairways and wood louvered breezeways offer stunning transitions from the indoor to outdoor spaces. The roof deck offers spectacular views of the Grove's beloved Biscayne Bay with cabanas and summer kitchen. Spectacular layouts feature stone floors and walls, private outdoor showers, expansive chef kitchens, wet bars, spa-inspired bathrooms and spacious living areas with tranquil water views.
