This tropical, contemporary home nicknamed Casa Bahia is located at the tip of Camp Biscayne and has spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. Designed by film-maker Alejandro Landes in collaboration with Zyscovich Architects and Shorecrest Construction, the 20,000-square-foot mansion is a work of art featuring 518 feet of linear waterfront, walls of glass, floating balconies and staircases, four kitchens, 73 foot infinity edge pool, steam room, wine cellar, eight car garage and protected dock space. According to The Real Deal sources, the property was represented by Maurice Boschetti of Boschetti Real Estate Group.

The seller of 3085 Munroe Drive was the well known businessman Jorge Mas of MasTec, one of the nation’s largest infrastructure engineering and construction companies. Jorge Mas is also managing owner of Inter Miami CF, the Major League Soccer team part-owned by David Beckham. The buyer was Roger and Sloan Barnett of the nutrition company Shaklee Products and founder and former CEO of Beauty.com.
