Rendering of One CocoWalk | GRASS RIVER PROPERTY
There is a new trend of large companies leaving central business districts for the suburbs to give their employees a better quality of life (i.e.: less commuting time and less congestion), and we’re experiencing that trend play out here in Coconut Grove. Just this week, news broke that American Land Ventures was moving their headquarters out of downtown Miami to the Grove. They’ll be taking 4,252 square feet of office space in the revamped One CocoWalk which is now 85% leased. In addition, The Related Group, the biggest real estate developer in South Florida, is leaving their Brickell location and building an 8 story, 100,000 sq. ft. Class A office building on Tigertail Avenue in the heart of the Grove.
