This week Ocean Drive magazine featured the spectacular Grove at Grand Bay penthouse of Artefacto’s Paulo Bacchi which is listed for sale at $12,500,000. Paulo Bacchi is President of US Operations for Artefacto, a Brazilian furniture company known for its unique and “warm contemporary” designs. Bacchi has done an incredible job designing the interior of this 5,552 square foot palace in the sky. He used natural palettes and lots of mirrors to reflect the light and view from every angle.
I recently had the pleasure of touring this residence with a client and can attest to the fact that it is absolutely jaw-dropping, and one-of-a-kind.
Grove at Grand Bay is one of Coconut Grove’s newest luxury condo projects, with closings that began to occur in the late summer of 2016. Designed by starchitect Bjarke Ingels, the twisting towers are situated on 3 acres of prime waterfront land overlooking Biscayne Bay. Units range from 1,300 square feet to 10,000 square feet.
