New Renderings Released Of “The Fairchild” | Boutique Condo By [STRANG] Architecture
New details and renderings have been released on the new [STRANG] boutique condo project named “The Fairchild” which is going up in North Coconut Grove. This 5 story direct waterfront building will feature 26 residences and be a nice alternative for people who are looking for a more intimate and private condo building. The developers have said that the condo will maintain the “Grove” vibe by incorporating natural elements such as local oolite limestone, wood accents, plenty of outdoor living areas and lush landscaping. Units will range from 1,700 square feet to 4,200 square feet and will be priced between $1.4 million to $4.5 million. Some of the amenities will include two rooftop decks, a spa, pool, bayfront deck as well as dock space available for purchase. The different styles of the units are named after Grove landmarks and historical figures. Buyers can choose from The Munroe, The McFarlane, The Barnacle, The Engle, The Vizcaya, The Beasley etc.
In my opinion, they couldn’t have picked a better architectural firm to design this building. [STRANG] was founded in Coconut Grove and they have left a large footprint on our architecture here by designing many spectacular “tropical modern” residences. They promote the principles of authenticity, timelessness and sustainability which I think really captures what living in the Grove is all about.
The Fairchild will break ground in 2017 and construction is expected to take a year and a half.
