Curb Appeal…Before and After
I am always preaching to my clients that curb appeal is a major factor in selling their home. They are always surprised that they don’t have to spend a lot of money to get it. Sometimes it can be as little as adding a few plants to the outside of a home, putting white rock outside a window to bounce light into a room, or placing a nice potted plant by the front door.
Check out the before and after photos of my listing on McDonald Street. Instantly the exterior of the townhouse was softened by the ficus trees.
The owners just reduced the price of this townhouse located at 3201 McDonald Street to $395,000. It is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with 1,295 square feet of interior space. It has a brand new kitchen with wood cabinets, granite counter tops, a Trex wood deck and jacuzzi. The property is totally fenced for privacy and has gated parking.
We will be holding this townhouse open from 12:00 to 3:00 this Sunday, March 15 – stop in after the Gifford Lane Art Stroll to see this charming home. Click here to see more pictures.
