I am a Coconut Grove Real Estate Specialist. After many years of working in real estate in Coconut Grove I have made it my goal to know anything and everything about the market here. In 2011, my company EWM Realtors Inc. announced that I placed in the top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors in the country and have been the top selling associate in our Coconut Grove office for 3 years. In 2010, I earned the distinction of selling the highest number of homes in Coconut Grove. I am familiar with just about every house in Coconut Grove (on and off the market) and spend hours studying the statistics of the Grove and tracking the numbers. This is what people want and expect in a Realtor. I also hold “Real Estate Town Meetings” quarterly where I discuss the state of our real estate market here in the Grove. My next meeting is scheduled for the Fall of 2011.
