In Real Estate, Getting The House Under Contract Is The Easy Part


Many buyers and sellers don’t realize that a major benefit of working with an experienced Realtor comes AFTER you have placed the home under contract.  Although I always strive for a smooth, stress free experience, there are many problems that come up which are out of my control.  When issues arise, it is my job to keep everyone calm and focused on getting to the closing table.  This is when it pays to have a seasoned Realtor who has seen just about everything.

Here are just some of the things I have dealt with this week:
