Important Center Grove Townhouse Sales

Keeping you up to date with the townhouse market in Center Grove there are two recent sales that I wanted to mention. First, a 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse on Allamanda Street closed for $545,000. This was a 2007 townhouse with impact windows, Brazilian cherry floors and a pool. It is the highest priced townhouse to sell in the Center Grove all year. Second is the townhouse located at 3150 Matilda Street which was a 1996 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse that had been updated on the interior and closed for $510,000. These two sales contribute to the handful of townhouses that closed over $500,000 this year. 3023 Allamanda was sold by Ivory Cooks of Coldwell Banker and 3150 Matilda Street was sold by Jorge Suarez of Abitare.
