L’Hermitage, Coconut Grove Market Update

With just three closed sales this year, the real estate market has been fairly slow in the gated community of L’Hermitage. The good news is that two units went under contract this month; first is our listing which was priced at $899,000 and second was Jo-Ann Forster’s listing priced at $749,900.
Now that those two villas have been snapped up, the remaining inventory is all priced over $1,000,000. Asking prices currently range from $1,050,000 and go all the way up to $2,295,000.
