You know from reading my blog that contemporary and modern homes are in high demand in Coconut Grove. There are buyers out there circling the area just waiting for the next one to hit the market. I have been following the progress of a new contemporary home that is under construction on Poinciana Avenue in the South Grove. I am familiar with the property as I had some buyers who were interested in purchasing the lot awhile back (the lot sold for $450,000). I certainly hope the new owners are investors who will be placing the home on the market for sale because I have the buyers!
