I am always tracking the market in Coconut Grove to see where the activity is occurring. As you know I often compare north vs. south Grove but sometimes there is a particular street that for whatever reason experiences a rash of new listings and sales. Last year it was Poinciana Avenue and more recently it has been Battersea Road.
