The home offered 5,958 square feet of living space on a 24,960 square foot lot with 4 bedrooms, 5 baths. Typically when a home sells on the MLS it can be used as a comparable right away. However, if it is a private sale the appraisers will wait until the transaction hits the tax records which can take months.
