Single Family Coconut Grove Foreclosures

The foreclosure market of single family homes in Coconut Grove has been fairly slow.   There are only 3 foreclosures currently on the market in the North and South Grove areas (Battersea Road, Anne Court and SW 27th Terrace).  The home on SW 27th Terrace is worth checking out, it is completely updated.

    Riley, there’s also a nice short sale on El Prado. Small house and lot but both have style and appear well maintained.
