The foreclosure located at 3979 Poinciana Avenue Close Road (in a small gated community in South Grove) sold for $1,000,000 this week.   The home was listed at $989,000 and featured 5 bedrooms, 6 baths with 4,504 square feet of living space on a 10,000 square foot lot.   I showed the house to several potential buyers but they all decided that it needed too much updating.  In fact, I was very surprised to see that someone paid over asking price for it.

    Riley, thanks for my laugh of the day. A couple of years ago when this house was priced over two million the realtor who had the listing at the time was rude to me. Best wishes to the new owner!
