3071 Lucaya Street in the North Grove which I’ve written about several times on my blog closed yesterday at a price of $1,100,000. The house sold at a price per square foot of $290.00, had 3,792 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths on a 10,000 square foot lot.
Also yesterday, 4050 Ventura Avenue (short sale) closed at a price of $825,000 (list price was $950,000). The house sold at a price per square foot of $246.00. The home features 3,353 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on a 6,500 square foot lot. This house sits across the street from the 11,600 square foot lot that I just listed.
Riley, thanks so much for sharing this. I think these are two good, nonwaterfront comparisons–one having been redone and the other appearing not to have had anything done to it since it was built.
