Today’s Broker’s Open Houses | New Listings

As you all know, Wednesdays are Broker’s Open Houses here in the Grove (you probably noticed all of the Open House signs around town). Hi Riley – This is one of my favorite houses in Miami. I love the layout of this house — it has many great features including having the “guest house” in the front of the house, the open courtyard with fountain on the way to the front door, the dining room that looks out onto the same beautiful courtyard, tall ceilings, etc.. What a phenomenal opportunity for someone — I’m sure you’ll sell it quickly!
