		<description>Although signs may alert a potential buyer to an interesting property on a busy street, I don&#039;t think they&#039;re necessary if a buyer is working with great listing agents and using realtor.com. A buyer can always tell which listing agents put in a lot of effort for their sellers by the quality and quantity of the photos posted on realtor.com. For instance, right now in 33133 a picture of a toilet comes up as the first picture for one listing and an underexposed picture is first for another. And then there are the presentations devoid of any pictures and providing only the most basic information.
