High End Rental Market
March 18th, 2009 | categories: Coconut Grove Real Estate
It shouldn’t surprise you that the high end rental market ($5,000 a month and up) is slow. This year, Coconut Grove has only had 3 single family homes rented in the $5,000+ price range while there have been 17 rented below that price. With so few sales happening right now, many sellers are hoping to at least get their property rented if they cannot sell.

Many of these high end rentals are also on the market for sale. I thought it would be interesting to show the list of rental prices along side the sales prices of these luxury homes.
