What Can You Buy For $100,000? Featuring EWM’s Ron Shuffield

EWM’s President Ron Shuffield was featured on Nightline last night during a piece titled: “What Can You Get for $100,000“. Coconut Grove was not one of the areas of Miami that they visited. Why? Probably because our market doesn’t add to the hype of there being SO many heavily discounted homes for sale. It would have been nice if they showed other areas in Miami that aren’t seeing such drastic drops in home prices.
Don’t get me wrong there are some under-priced homes on the market here (like these foreclosures on Loquat), but nothing conmpared to what other areas of Miami are experiencing. Did you see that house in Homestead?
All I am saying is that they should have told the WHOLE story of the Miami real estate market.
The only single family home in Coconut Grove listed under $100,000 is in the West Grove, at 117 Florida Avenue. See the picture below.
