There are currently 32 units for sale at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Coconut Grove. 2 are under contract and 5 were sold in 2008. **Not one that sold in 2008 was a short sale or foreclosure.
The average sale price for a unit at the Ritz Carlton Residences is $631,000 at $436 per square foot. Many people would be surprised to know that most of the units for sale at the Ritz Carlton are priced well under $1,000,000. In fact, of the 5 that closed in 2008, all sold for under $1,000,000.
There are two towers that make up the Ritz Carlton Residences in Coconut Grove. The tower that is closest to Biscayne Bay is comprised of all individually owned units. The second tower features The Ritz Carlton Hotel as well as some individually owned units. The first tower offers a little bit more privacy and security. The second tower is closer to many of the amenities offered by the Ritz including the restaurant, bar, spa, health club etc. Both towers have their own pool.
