Looking for A Boat Slip In Coconut Grove?
December 19th, 2008 categories: Coconut Grove Real Estate
For those of you who aren’t in South Florida right now, the weather today is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 75 degrees, a slight breeze and crystal clear skies. And if you have a boat, these are perfect conditions for taking a spin around Biscayne Bay. I am itching to get on mine, but wanted to get a post written before I left the office.
What better thing to write about than boat slips available in Coconut Grove! See how this is all coming together?
How do you go about finding a boat slip in Coconut Grove? You can check with a Realtor as some slips are listed on the MLS, or you can go to one of the many Marinas to find out if they have any availability. As far as I know, there is a waiting list at most.
See a few of the MLS listings below for slips located at Grove Isle. Grove Isle is a private island in North Coconut Grove that features 3 condominium buildings, a hotel, and the famous Baleen Restaurant. The boat slips here provide clear access to the ocean and are located on the protected side of Grove Isle. You would have to become a member of Grove Isle in order to keep your boat here. Membership privileges include full time dock master and staff, pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym and tennis courts.

Hey Riley! Another super “hyper-local” blog post!
Listen, I just wrote a blog post listing your blog as one of several Florida-based sites folks should check up on regularly.
Thanks for all the great information you are putting out there. I’d appreciate any feedback you might have in terms of other Florida real estate-oriented blogs I might have missed!
