I know it sounds cliche, but technology is really amazing. And as far as real estate goes, the tools and information that buyers have at their fingertips is astounding. Just think of all the sources of information a buyer can turn to: Real Estate Blogs, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, etc.
Another great tool for buyers is Google Maps. For example, let’s go to my listing located at 1809 Micanopy Avenue in North Coconut Grove. By typing in the address to Google Maps Street View you can see everything from
the house and its neighbors.
to the beautiful cul-de-sac and the dense canopy,
and finally, the lovely bricked in street.
Warning: With buyers having such access to your property without leaving the comforts of home, it is more important than ever that your curb appeal be spot on.
