When the sellers at 4070 Malaga Avenue decided to change realtors, they agreed to lower the price $100,000 to $699,000! I have pity for the agent who lost this listing, a good friend of mine,…it is a stab in the gut when a client doesn’t renew their contract and then drastically reduces the price with the new agent. On the upside, Rob Feland is the new selling agent for the home and one of the best in Coconut Grove.
The home will surely sell quickly at $238.00 per square foot.
The only issue with the house is that the master bedroom is a loft which overlooks the family room. While this may work for some people, it may turn others away. I showed the house to a couple who had children and their concern was that the loft bedroom didn’t offer much privacy.
