Beautiful house. What’s the sqf — I see 3500 sqf of interior space in your post and then in your summary at the bottom, it says 3087 sqf. That’s a big difference, well a 15% difference at least.
Thank you Anne, it really is a great home. I should clarify on the post that the 3,057 is per the tax records, and the 3,500 is per the seller’s appraiser. Sometimes there is a discrepancy between the two. I am required to post the number from the tax records, but I also like to post the appraiser’s number because the tax records may be inaccurate.
