Residents of Coconut Grove went to City Hall on April 24th to argue against the proposed Grove Estates development which neighbors The Kampong property. They believe that the project will interfere with the quiet use and enjoyment of the facility which hosts educational seminars, fundraisers and events.Details of the Grove Estates development:

Details of the agreement:
Certain setbacks must be made on the lots that border the Kampong. For example, on Lot 3, there is required to be a 10 foot landscape buffer and a 20 foot “no build zone” between the Lot and the Kampong.
