Grand Avenue Project One Step Closer

Pointe Group Developers got approval last week from the City’s Advisory Board to rezone the 3500 block of Grand Avenue for commercial use. Pointe Group has plans to build residential, retail, and commercial space on 6 blocks of Grand Avenue, Coconut Grove in the Village West. The next step is approval from the City Commission.
